DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days. This may vary slightly depending on product availability and customer's location, but we will inform customers of any changes to delivery. 

Our delivery vehicle is approximately 10ft wide, 35ft long and 13ft high. Please make sure our vehicle will be able to reach your property before placing your order. Our vehicle weighs approximately 26,000 kg, please ensure there are no weight restrictions upon entry to your property.

The customer may provide special delivery requests at checkout, however if the driver feels it is unsafe or there is a possibility of causing damage to property by carrying out the delivery to the customer’s request, they will leave the product in a safe location.

HOW MUCH GRAVEL DO YOU NEED?

When using a 20mm aggregate, we recommend it should be laid at least 40-50mm deep, and at least 50-60mm on driveways.


Use the tables to calculate roughly how much gravel you need for your project.

  • How long will delivery take?

    We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days, however we will try to get your order to you sooner wherever possible.

  • Do you collect packaging?

    No, please dispose of all packaging yourself safely.

  • Where will you leave my delivery?

    Please provide any special delivery requests at checkout when ordering. We will aim to leave your products where you have requested provided the vehicle is able to reach the location safely.  If you have not left any special delivery requests, we will drop your products in a safe location.

  • Will the delivery vehicle be able to reach my property?

    Our vehicle is 10 ft wide, 35 ft long, 13 ft high and weighs 26000kgs.  Please check our vehicle will be able to reach your property before placing your order.

  • What if my product arrives and I don’t like the colour, shape, size etc?

    Providing your product is untouched and in its original packaging, we can uplift your product. We will refund in full less any collection charges.

  • What if I order too much?

    Providing your product is untouched and in its original packaging, we can uplift your product. We will refund in full less any collection charges. We are unable to uplift any product that has been opened or used unless it is faulty.
